This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which Growth Launch (“we,” “our,” “us”), located in Germany, provides refunds and processes cancellations for services and digital products purchased through https://growthlaunch.net (the “Website”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy in full.

  1. General Policy

Growth Launch operates on a strict no-refund basis for all services and digital products unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.

We are a service-based business specializing in mobile app promotion videos, App Store Optimization (ASO), and digital marketing strategy. Due to the nature of our work, which involves custom deliverables tailored to each client, we do not offer refunds once work has started or digital files have been delivered.

  1. No Refunds on Services

Once payment is received and the project has been initiated, all fees are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • App store videos (App Store / Google Play)
  • Social media promo videos
  • Marketing strategy plans
  • App Store Optimization services
  • Digital products such as templates, guides, or courses

We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a service package.

  1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital products (including downloadable templates, guides, scripts, and training materials) are non-refundable. Once purchased, these products are considered delivered and cannot be returned.

  1. Cancellations Before Work Starts
  • If you request a cancellation before we have started work on your order, we may approve the cancellation at our sole discretion.
  • If approved, a full refund may be issued only if no work has been initiated and no resources have been allocated.
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via bu******@**********ch.net within 24 hours of placing the order.
  1. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, the client must:

  • Provide all required assets (logos, screenshots, app information, brand guidelines, etc.) in the correct format and quality.
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
  • Review deliverables promptly if approval is part of the package.

Failure to provide assets or respond to communications does not qualify for a refund.

  1. Project Delays & Client Inaction

If the client delays the project due to late submission of materials, non-response, or other reasons outside our control, we reserve the right to:

  • Mark the project as completed after 30 days of inactivity
  • Charge a reactivation fee to resume work
    No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  1. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all services will be delivered to a professional standard based on the agreed project scope.
However, we do not guarantee specific results, such as:

  • App store ranking improvements
  • A certain number of installs or downloads
  • Specific return on ad spend (ROAS)
    Performance outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control (e.g., competition, app quality, user demand).
  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  • Both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication first.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration/mediation directly between us and the client — no court proceedings will be involved.
  • The maximum liability of Growth Launch is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
  1. Chargebacks & Fraud

We take chargebacks seriously. If a payment dispute is initiated through your bank or payment provider:

  • We will provide proof of service delivery to contest the dispute.
  • If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, we may pursue legal action to recover the funds, plus associated costs.
  1. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our Website and will apply to all new orders from the date of update.
