  • Until payment is completed in full, all rights remain with Growth Launch.
  • We may retain copies for internal records, portfolio display, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3) Use of Templates, Frameworks, and Licensed Elements

Some deliverables may incorporate:

  • Pre-existing frameworks, templates, or code we own (licensed to you for the project)
  • Licensed third-party assets (e.g., stock footage, music, fonts, plugins) under commercial use terms

These elements may be licensed to you for use within the scope of your project only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used in unrelated projects unless separately licensed.

4) Prohibited Uses Without Written Permission

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display our Website content or Services without our express written consent
  • Resell or redistribute deliverables created by us beyond the agreed project scope
  • Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or credits from our works
